Location

Amman, Jordan

Area

750 sqm

Scope

Architecture · Interior · Landscape · Supervision

The entrance hall serves as the heart of the home, connecting various interior spaces through a unique and elegant staircase. Bathed in natural light from a roof skylight and framed by side glass facades, the hall seamlessly integrates the indoor environment with the remarkable outdoor landscape.

The interior features Jerusalem stone cladding and intricate Arabic calligraphy, adding a distinctive cultural touch to the space. A striking blue and white chandelier enhances the modern aesthetic, while the 80x80 cm Crema Marfil marble flooring enriches the overall design.

Located on the first floor, the cozy family living room is distinguished by its warm neutral tones and comfortable seating. It is well-lit by a side French window and a skylight above the entrance atrium. A contemporary design is reflected in the customized TV unit and fireplace, with an attached kitchenette crafted by Jwico, one of Amman's most luxurious kitchen providers.
